September or Stress-tember?

Most people think of January as the month to start new habits. But I’ve always thought September should be it.

There’s just something in the air when September rolls around: a mix of fresh starts.....plus uncertainties.

Growing up, it was back-to-school season: new binders, new clothes, new teachers. I was excited, but it felt uneasy too.

Now as an adult, September still feels chaotic. Work projects pile up, everyone’s back from vacation, the sun starts setting earlier.

There’s stress around every corner and we have to develop new routines.

So here’s my challenge: what’s one small change you can make this September to equip yourself for the battle? Maybe it’s asking for more help. Maybe it’s waking up earlier. Maybe it’s a daily walk.

You can’t always control the chaos, but you can control the routines you build to face it. The stronger your habits, the easier the battle.
