Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication

Two ways to enhance your communication skills

A few weeks ago, I taught people how filming yourself can help sharpen your communication skills.

Today, let’s take it up a notch — film, review, and spot those subconscious habits you didn’t even know you had:

Step 1: Improving Your Nonverbal Communication: Review your video on MUTE and just focus on your body language. Does your presence align with the message you want to deliver?

Step 2: Improving Your Verbal Communication: Next, close your eyes and just LISTEN to yourself. Are you emphasizing the right points and does your flow feel natural and intentional?

Thank you to Kit Pang from BostonSpeaks for having me as one of your guest speakers.
