What are the three types of entrepreneurs?

Are you more of a creator or a performer? Or maybe a combination?

There are three types of entrepreneurs in my experience.

Creators: They can be described as the "mad scientist" behind the scenes. This could be the app developer, or in a magician's case, the prop inventor.

Performers: They can be described as the "relationship builder" in the scenes. This could be the salesman, or in a magician's case, the stage magician who performs the tricks developed by the Creator.

Creator / Performer: A little combination of both. This could be the Founder, CEO, or the traveling magician who designs and performs their own show.

three types of entrepreneurs - creator, performer, and creator performer

This is a critical point to emphasize though: not one category is worse or better than the other. In order to have a successful creative team, you must have at least one on your team.

Most teams that are successful have a combination of all three integrated somehow, but I challenge you to try and figure out which one you are. You may not figure it out right away, but the more you interact with people, the more you will start to see your strengths & weaknesses.
