What a crazy adventure in LA last week. After doing 3 appearance tours with Todd Gurley from the Los Angeles Rams and Malcolm Mitchell from the New England Patriots in one day, I caught up with an old friend who gave us a private tour of Disney studios:
As a keynote speaker and magician myself that talks about how to create "magic" in everyday moments, it was a great to learn about Disney's business strategies to run one of the most successful companies in the world. I was able to learn about:
-The Marvel offices with some of the costumes they wore in the Avengers’ movies
-The Lucas Films headquarters with props from Star Wars
-The set of tv shows like Blackish & Mixedish
-The building where Walt Disney brainstormed the whole concept for Disney
-The original animation building with sketches of the first Disney cartoons & movies
-Plus some awesome behind-the-scenes stories of the history
I was trying my best not to spill coffee on anything 😐
